Big Brother Live Feeds: Rome Admits He’s ‘Obsessed’ With Lyric, Leaving Fans Wondering What Happens Next
Big Brother 28 developed a showmance very early on. It was very reminiscent of the one between Matt Hardeman and Makensy Manbeck on BB26. But this new showmance has way more kissing.
Many fans are already worn out. It’s hard to turn on the feeds and not see them making out now. But such is romance. And Big Brother has been far more successful than most reality shows at pairing people up.
The showmance has faced some real danger in Week 2, with Head of Household Rick Devens seemingly targeting them. He placed Lyric on the block at his Nomination Ceremony, along with Melody and Jason.
As the week progresses, they have spoken about one of them possibly going home. We won’t know the answer to that until the Thursday night Eviction Ceremony.
Rome professes his love for Lyric on the Big Brother Live Feeds
“I am so incredibly obsessed with you that it scares me. I want everything with you outside of this,” Rome reportedly told Lyric on the feeds.
This echoed a few things he had previously stated on the feeds.
“I want to date you, I want to do things with you,” he added.
But the big takeaway may have been even more interesting than his admission of being “obsessed” here.
“I can see ourselves getting married one day. It’s ridiculous but I can’t not see it,” Rome admitted.
“This showmance is a million times more interesting to me to than outwardly problematic (i.e.Rylie and Katherine) or normal showmances (i.e. Cory and America) cuz it’s a will they won’t they situation being monitored in the respect of will it work out it will it eventually implode because it’s honestly 50/50 right now. HOW FUN,” responded a fan named Cynthia Ann who saw the moment.
Earlier, the duo was spotted making out in the Storage Room. There doesn’t seem to be a room in the house where they don’t miss a chance to kiss.
Some fans are really enjoying the romance.
“I can’t believe I’m a Lyric+Rome defender; but here I am. We haven’t had a messy showmance since Brendon and Rachel. #BB28,” wrote one such fan.
