In a recent sneak peek clip, he was talking to Guillermo about the divorce process. Moreover, he advised him on how he could take half of Kara’s earnings.
This got under Shekinah’s nerves. She could not bear that one man would teach another man to go for his ex-wife’s money just because they were not on good terms. Therefore, she went all out in slamming Patrick for his questionable actions. She said he was the worst person ever for putting such a thing in Guillermo’s ear. Even to fans, it felt like Patrick was trying to fuel Kara’s divorce.

90 Day Fiance’s spin-off The Last Resort had the therapists addressing Shekinah and Thais’ physical altercation. She asked the former what she thought was the reason the other cast members reacted so strongly to her. She acknowledged the reason; however, she started defending herself the very next moment.
Thais cut her off, saying that she was just a mean girl. Therefore, Shekinah thought that Thais was just twisting her words. This made the latter laugh and call her racist. Sarper subsequently defended his wife by reprimanding Thais for calling his wife racist. Patrick took his wife’s side and said that Shekinah was the worst person he had ever met.
Moreover, he advised Sarper to run. The group conversation became more tense as Kara and Rebecca chimed in. Kara subsequently pointed out that if Shekinah did not want the racist tag on her, she should not be saying racist stuff. Shekinah was not happy that no one there had any room for understanding her perspective. Then Rebecca called her out.
She pointed out that there was a pattern involving Shekinah. In the pattern, everyone was wrong except for Shekinah. For Thais, she also did not take any accountability for getting physical because Shekinah did not take any accountability for her questionable statement.
