Big Brother and Survivor alums confirmed on BBB28

Big Brother 28 will feature former houseguests. That has been a rumor for a while now. Now we have confirmation.

As previously reported by Tea on TV, photos from inside the Big Brother 28 house are here. It shows the new theme for Summer 2026.

Time Trip is the new theme. This will allow the producers to travel through the many years the show has been on the air. It also leads us straight to the involvement of former houseguests.

As a reminder, the season premiere hits on Thursday, July 9. It’s a 90-minute episode to open the summer, followed by the Big Brother: Unlocked premiere on July 10.

Julie Chen Moonves confirms Big Brother 28 alum rumors

Host Julie Chen Moonves has begun confirming rumors. We had seen lots of online chatter about former houseguests being a part of the season, but it doesn’t stop there.

“Controversial people will be factored in,” Julie stated about this summer. That’s what she reportedly told uber reporter Sharon Tharp.

“Multiple sources tell me at least one #Survivor alum is expected to be part of the season,” Sharon added.

That’s huge. Seeing Survivor alums drop by the Big Brother house could be lots of fun. Hopefully, it’s more than just Cirie Fields, who was on the BB26 cast. Maybe Boston Rob Mariano will stop by? Stay tuned!

So who could that include? Maybe Paul Abrahamian from BB18 and BB19? Could a BB15 alum return? The show has not been short on player controversy over the years.
